How to Register

The best way to register for the 2008 Signage and Graphics Summit (SGS) is via the fast and secure online registration form. Once you've completed the registration process, you'll be presented with a confirmation page. Please print this page for your records; it acts as your receipt.

You can also register by fax or postal mail using the registration form in the conference brochure. Request a brochure. If you have registration questions that aren't answered here, contact us.

Conference credentials can be picked up at the on-site registration desk.

NOTE: Attendance is limited to sign manufacturers, screen printers, digital-printing companies and other producers of signage and graphics. Equipment and supply manufacturers, suppliers and other vendors to the industry are not permitted to attend unless they are sponsors. For sponsorship information, contact Tim McKelvey at 513.263.9389.


Fees & Registration Options

Full Conference Registration | $1199
Includes participation in all educational sessions, networking breakfasts, roundtable discussions and cocktail receptions.

Early Bird Rate | $999
Save $100 off the Full Conference Registration fee when you register by December 12, 2007.

Group Rate | $799 per person
Save $400 off the Full Conference Registration fee when you bring your CFO, VP/production, CEO and other top executives—all of whom will benefit from content developed specifically for their areas of responsibility. In order to qualify for group registration rates, two or more people from the same company must register together.

Golf Tournament Registration | $75
The tournament fee includes 18 holes of golf at the legendary PGA National Resort & Spa—host of The Honda Classic, 19 major PGA Championship events and the 1983 Ryder Cup. Box lunches will be provided.

Guest Rates
The guest rate for the cocktail receptions on Wednesday and Thursday evening is $30 per evening. You may register your guest for the receptions on-site. You may also register guests for the golf tournament at a rate of $175. To register a guest for the golf tournament, call 770-649-0300, ext. 20.


Cancellation Policy

If you must cancel for any reason, please notify us via email at bkeys@exponation.net. Cancellations received before December 14, 2007 will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations received by January 2, 2008 will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given after January 2, 2008, but the registration may be transferred to a colleague. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.
