During his 10 year tenure with Jiffy Lube International, Marcus Duffel has served as the Director of Design and Construction of Jiffy Lube International and currently holds the position of Group Manager - Construction for Shell Lubricants Fast Lubes Division, headquartered in Houston, TX.

Mr. Duffel is responsible for developing and maintaining building and design standards and serves as the liaison between franchisees and local zoning and building departments. In addition to his North American duties, he was involved in the Jiffy Lube expansion project in Shanghai.

Currently, Marcus is directing the first major re-image of Jiffy Lube in 30 years. This project involves 2,000+ stores in North America. He has been instrumental in building consensus among passionate constituents and senior management, leading the team to results that has earned praise from stakeholders and strengthened revenues via increased store car counts.

Marcus has chaired the Building and Fire Code Committee of the Automotive Oil Change Association for 8 years.
